In loving memory of Nicki Lynn Aycox-Raab

Nicki Lynn Aycox, beloved daughter, sister, wife, and friend to many, passed away peacefully at age 47 with her husband by her side at City of Hope Medical Center on November 16, 2022 due to complications of Acute Myeloid Leukemia. She courageously fought the illness for almost two years with positivity and kindness for all who cared for her. Originally from Enid, Oklahoma, Nicki was the daughter of Margaret and Gary Aycox and sister to Steve Aycox. She was the beloved wife of Matt Raab. With Matt and her adored dog Olive always at her side, Nicki allowed the nourishment of the outdoors and the joy she felt living in Lake Arrowhead, California, to fuel her creativity in photography, music, cooking and art along with her spiritual practice and yoga. She became known publicly for being an actor in TV shows such as Supernatural and in movies such as The X-Files: I Want to Believe and Jeepers Creepers 2. Nicki laughed easily and was a very kind and generous person who volunteered with many organizations – most notably for the non-profit organization, School on Wheels, at their Skid Row Learning Center in Los Angeles from 2009 to 2013. She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered for her positive spirit, humor, compassion, loyal friendship, and incredible talent. In her honor, she would encourage people to volunteer with or donate to School on Wheels or similar organizations.
