Online Workshop: Group Tutoring Best Practices

This online workshop is open to both active tutors as well as tutors completing our application process. The workshop, however, does not substitute for the mandatory in-person Tutor Training required of new applicants. Please refer to our event calendar to register for a Tutor Training.

In this workshop, experienced group tutors and School on Wheels staff will discuss the challenges of group tutoring. Topics will include establishing a routine, behavior issues, and time management. The presenters will offer tips and best practices and provide resources for volunteers currently working in or curious about group tutoring settings.
