The Whole Alphabet & Icebreaker

The alphabet may be new to your student, or they may already be familiar with it. The materials below are for reference while tutoring. For example:

• Use the “My Name” activity as an icebreaker.
• At the beginning of each tutoring session, look at an alphabet sheet with your student to review what you have worked on previously and to preview what you will work on that day.
• Use the “Cheer and Rhymes” as a fun way to reinforce any letter you work on.
