The cross streets are Van Nuys Blvd. and Cayuga Street. The training is at the MEND Education & Training Center, located on Van Nuys Blvd. Volunteers should enter through the blue door of the building on Cayuga Avenue. Go to the front desk (on the first floor) for guidance.
We will be providing Live Scan service during this orientation. If you want to take advantage of this, please make sure to bring a valid government-issued photo ID and $35. Anyone paying with a card will have to fill out a credit card form with the cards information. The Live Scan vendor will not accept American Express or Discover. Cash or check are preferred.
